Knollmeyer Building Corp. is a versatile company that can perform all trades in the construction industry. Our commercial and multi unit residential services include masonry repairs, repointing, concrete repairs and parking garage renovations. We are licensed to install many of the waterproofing systems on the market today. Additionally, we self perform all types of carpentry repairs to balconies, porches, decks, window, and siding. We also have extensive experience performing interior renovations to common areas including carpentry, painting, papering, carpeting, tile work and ceilings. We have completed many electrical, plumbing and mechanical system projects throughout the years, including boiler and HVAC repair projects.
