OUR STORY
Knollmeyer Building Corporation, established in 1991 and located in North Andover, MA, is a versatile and experienced General Contractor. We provide a wide range of new construction and reconstruction services to both the private and public sectors of the commercial and multi-unit residential construction industry.
 
Our services range from complete interior renovations and buildouts to all types of exterior envelope repairs. We also provide construction management and budgeting consulting services to our wide range of clients.

Multi Unit Residential
Our multi-unit residential exterior & interior renovations services include masonry repairs, repointing, concrete repairs and parking garage renovations. We also provide carpentry repairs to balconies, porches, decks, window, and siding. Interior renovations to common areas include carpentry, painting, papering, carpeting, tile work, ceilings, kitchens & baths.
Academic & Hotels
Knollmeyer Building Corp undertakes projects for educational facilities with precision and care. We have extensive experience working with engineers and architects that are hired by our college clientele. We manage each academic project so that we meet the strict project schedules and deadlines which are always necessary when working on educational projects.
