With more than 36 years of construction experience, Chris leads the Knollmeyer Team by setting a high standard of quality and customer relations. Chris is a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor, possesses a Boston ABC License and has a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor License. Chris and the team are capable of tackling any project that comes to us from our long list of regular clients.
Shawn D. Vetere
Director of Marketing and Business Development

Shawn has been working in sales and marketing close to 25 years. Shawn is responsible for initiating marketing schemes and seeking out new business opportunities for the firm. He is the current President of New England Chapter of RCI, a member of CAI, BOMA, and the Society of Marketing Professionals Services Boston Chapter (SMPS). Shawn is also an active member with the Boston Chapter of the Construction Specification Institute and is a "Friend of IREM" a national real estate organization.
Mike has been part of the KBC Team for over 17 years. In 2017 Mike was named Safety Officer. Mike is an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer and trains the 10 and 30 Hour OSHA Safety Training Classes. He has been in construction for over 30 years and his specialities include onsite safety methods and instruction and he is a Licensed Construction Supervisor.
Joe posseses more than 35 years of construction experience and is a graduate of Northeastern University. His expertise includes Building and Construction Design, Cost Effective Design Build Construction, Facilities Management, HVAC Systems, Construction Cost Estimating, Wood Frame Structural Principals and Managing Construction Contracts. Joe is also an active member of BOMA. Joe is a key player for KBC and is involved with administrative decision making in addition to leading his Estimating Team.
Larry leads the KBC diversified team of Project Managers, Assistant Projects Managers and Superintendents. His specialties include planning, scheduling and oversight of construction projects ranging from $4 Mil to $20 Mil. Larry possesses a LEED AP Certification, Lean Healthcare Certification Training, ASHE/AHA Healthcare Construction Certificate and OSHA Training and Certification.
Don recently joined the KBC team and brings with him over 25 years in construction experience. His experience includes 15 years of investigative work and spec writing. A weatherproofing expert, Don has worked as a consultant overseeing all below-grade waterproofing, roofing inspections and building envelope components for MIT, Fenway Park and Logan Airport terminals.
Bernard is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology. He has worked on residential and commercial projects, specializing in wood frame construction and structural design. Bernard analyzes construction documents to identify structural deficiencies and helps provide solutions to the project team. He currently holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License, OSHA 10 hr. Certification.
John joins the KBC Team possessing over 30 years of construction related experience. John has at least 16 years of project management experience and 4 years as a Purchasing manager. His construction experience includes management of projects ranging from $250,000 to in excess of $30 Mil. Educated at Wentworth Institute of Technology, he is LEED Certified, RRP Certified, possesses OSHA 10 and 30 hours Certifications and has taken CPR courses.
Phil has been with Knollmeyer Building Corp for 23 years. As a licensed Construction Supervisor and a 30 Hour OSHA Certificate Holder, he has supervised many complex projects. Phil epitomizes the Superintendent who works well with clients and subcontractors. He sees to it that each of his assigned projects gets done correctly and completed on time.
Dennis possesses over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a Massachusetts BBRC Licensed Supervisor, he has a Freon Recover and ASE Certification. His specialty is supervising historical projects and he has experience supervising interior fit ups from small to 246,000 sq/ft. and as much as $30 Mil projects. He has supervised teams of up to 100 personnel per day and is efficient at scheduling, finishing projects on time and within the budget.
Sean joined the KBC Team in late 2017. He brings along with him over 30 years construction experience. His area of expertise includes the renovations and build outs of restaurants and office space. He excels in the areas of demolition, framing, sheet-rock, taping and mill-work.
Lauren is a recent graduate of Northeastern University, where she earned a Degree in Environmental Studies, Political Science and Business Administration. Additionally, Lauren has taken several LEED courses. Her experience includes 5 years of working in business management. A great addition to the Knollmeyer Team, she is excited to now take on project management!
Michael has been working in the construction industry for 12 years. His experience includes working as an Assistant PM, Construction Management, Steele Inspector, Certified Welding Inspector and as a Certified Welder. He excels with customer service, the day to day business with sub contractors and is a exceptional problem solver when they arise on the projects he works on.
Beverly joined the KBC team in November of 2015 and has quickly become a key member of the office and finance staff. Beverly possesses over 16 years of experience in Accounts Payable and receivables. She also graduated from Katherine Gibbs School in the Advanced Secretarial Program and she is a graduate of Northeastern University with an Associates Degree in Business Administration.
Paul has been employed by KBC for over 24 years. "Quinny", began his career with our firm as a mason. In 2001 he was promoted to supervisor where he remained for over a decade. Late in 2014, Paul was promoted to Warehouse Manager, where he organized the firm's 5000 square foot warehouse space and helped implement warehouse policies and procedures.
Sergio has been an employee for Knollmeyer Building Corp for over 19 years.
Sergio communicates well with Engineers, Architects, Property Managers and Building Inspectors in relation to the projects he is assigned. He specializes in working in occupied properties under construction. He is a licensed Construction Supervisor among other certifications. His expertise ranges from carpentry, masonry, tile installation to waterproofing and roofing.
Assistant Project Manager
Kevin joined the Knollmeyer Team with over 15 years of construction experience. He possesses good people skills and is exceptional on job sites in dealing with sub contractors. His experience includes the supervision of new construction and renovations of commercial buildings, schools, nursing homes and state buildings.
Joe possesses over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Mainly in the commercial and residential, he is an exceptional carpenter. He leads the KBC carpentry team and oversees any additional carpentry being performed by select KBC Sub Contractors.
Samantha assists with project management and is often helpful in the estimating office. She possesses customer service experience and is helpful communicating with current clients and sub contractors. She brings along experience with scheduling contractors and materials to job sites, assistance with payroll reports and with digital archiving of weekly progress of projects.
Stefan brings along to KBC experience with project management and estimating HVAC projects. His experience includes working on and pricing HVAC projects that were complex. He excels in multi tasking and is a great addition to the Project Management Team.
Carol joined the KBC Team in August of 2016. She brings with her over 35 years experience in construction accounting. As Corporate Controller, Carol's responsibilities at KBC includes managing all segments of financial operations. She also manages the staff responsible for genrating the firm's payroll each week and oversees each staff member who is responsible for managing all payables and receivables.
A member of the Knollmeyer team for over 14 years, Sue began as an office assistant and was named Office Manager in 2009. As Office Manager, Sue was responsible for organizing general office procedures, assisting with payroll and supporting project management with administrative duties. In 2012, Christopher Knollmeyer named Sue Executive Assistant. She now provides administrative support to the Executive Team. In December of 2014, Sue was named the Knollmeyer Employee of the Year.
