Christopher J. Knollmeyer President/CEO
With more than 40 years of construction experience, Chris leads the Knollmeyer Team by setting a high standard of quality and customer relations. Chris is a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor, possesses a Boston ABC License and has a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor License. Chris and the team are capable of tackling any project that comes to us from our long list of regular clients.
Shawn has been working in sales and marketing for 28 years and a member of the KBC Team for 10 years. Shawn is responsible for initiating marketing schemes and seeking out new business opportunities for the firm. He is the current Immediate Past President of New England Chapter of IIBEC (formerly RCI), a member of CAI, BOMA and the Society of Marketing Professionals Services Boston Chapter (SMPS). Shawn is also an active member with the Boston Chapter of the Construction Specification Institute and is a "Friend of IREM" a national real estate organization.

Carol joined the KBC Team in August of 2016 as Corporate Controller. As Corporate Controller, Carol's responsibilities at KBC included managing all segments of financial operations. She also managed the staff responsible for generating the firm's payroll each week and oversees each staff member who is responsible for managing all payables and receivables. In March of 2021, Carol was promoted to VP of Business Operations and Finance, where she continues to excel as one of KBC's top Team Members.

Larry leads the KBC diversified team of Project Managers, Assistant Projects Managers and Superintendents. His specialties include planning, scheduling and oversight of construction projects ranging from $4 Mil to $20 Mil. Larry possesses a LEED AP Certification, Lean Healthcare Certification Training, ASHE/AHA Healthcare Construction Certificate and OSHA Training and Certification.

John joined the KBC Team 5 years ago possessing over 30 years of construction related experience. John has at least 16 years of project management experience and 4 years as a Purchasing manager. His construction experience includes management of projects ranging from $250,000 to in excess of $30 Mil. Educated at Wentworth Institute of Technology, he is LEED Certified, RRP Certified, possesses OSHA 10 and 30 hours Certifications and has taken CPR courses.
Don brings with him over 30 years in construction experience. His experience includes 16 years of investigative work and spec writing. A weatherproofing expert, Don has worked as a consultant overseeing all below-grade waterproofing, roofing inspections and building envelope components for MIT, Fenway Park and Logan Airport terminals. Currently, he leads the KBC Investigative team and often works along side engineers and exterior envelope consultants during test cuts and exploratory investigations.
Mike has been part of the KBC Team for over 19 years. In 2017 Mike was named Safety Officer. Mike is an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer and trains the 10 and 30 Hour OSHA Safety Training Classes. He has been in construction for over 30 years and his specialties include onsite safety methods and instruction and he is a Licensed Construction Supervisor.

Lauren is a recent graduate of Northeastern University, where she earned a Degree in Environmental Studies, Political Science and Business Administration. Additionally, Lauren has taken several LEED courses. Her experience includes 5 years of working in business management. A great addition to the Knollmeyer Team, she is excited to now take on project management!

Samantha has been with KBC since 2018. Initially hired as an Assistant PM, she was promoted to Project Manager in 2021. She possesses customer service skills and does very well communicating with current clients and sub contractors. She possesses the experience managing contractors, ordering and shipping materials to job sites, generating payroll reports and digital archiving of weekly progress of projects.
Phil has been with Knollmeyer Building Corp for 25 years. As a licensed Construction Supervisor and a 30 Hour OSHA Certificate Holder, he has supervised many complex projects. Phil epitomizes the Superintendent who works well with clients and subcontractors. He sees to it that each of his assigned projects gets done correctly and completed on time.
Sergio has been an employee for Knollmeyer Building Corp for over 19 years.
Sergio communicates well with Engineers, Architects, Property Managers and Building Inspectors in relation to the projects he is assigned. He specializes in working in occupied properties under construction. He is a licensed Construction Supervisor among other certifications. His expertise ranges from carpentry, masonry, tile installation to waterproofing and roofing.
Assistant Project Manager
Mitch, a graduated from New England Tech School for Construction Management and possesses 7 years of construction related experience. His past experience includes beginning as a carpenter's assistant and later working as a carpenter on residential and commercial projects. Hired by KBC in January of 2019, Mitch has taken on APM duties which includes ordering materials and coordinating with the vendors for delivery. Mitch is also involved with closeouts of each project he assigned.
Sean joined the KBC Team in late 2017. He brings along with him over 30 years construction experience. His area of expertise includes the renovations and build outs of restaurants and office space. He excels in the areas of demolition, framing, sheet-rock, taping and mill-work. Sean, deservingly, was promoted to Superintendent in 2020.
Assistant Project Manager
Graham joined KBC in early 2020 as an intern while attending Umass Amherst. He was promoted to Assistant Project Manager and has become skilled with writing subcontracts, the submittal process, and payment distribution. His experience in facility management reflects on his day-to-day operations of his projects and communication with subcontractors. Graham thrives in creating clear digital workplans for our clients during projects he is working on.

Tulin joined the KBC team in May 2021. She is responsible for preparing cost estimates and delivering proposal packages. Prior to joining KBC, she worked as an architect/Project manager for seven years with General Construction Companies that provide design and construction services in Turkey and Belarus for projects with a budget range between $1M to $100M and worked four years as a construction estimator on multiple projects with a budget range between $200K to $200M in Boston area. Tulin holds an M.S. in construction management from Northeastern University and a B.S. in Architecture from Istanbul Yeditepe University

James brings along enthusiasm and a drive to deliver great service to KBC's clientele. Initially brought on board as an Intern, James worked hard and joined the Project Management Team as a APM. Approximately one year following his promotion, James jumped on the opportunity to join the KBC Estimating office as an Assistant Estimator, where he thrives today. James has shown the ability to communicate well with clients and sub contractors and continues to grow professionally.

Beverly joined the KBC team in November of 2015 and has quickly become a key member of the office and finance staff. Beverly possesses over 18 years of experience in Accounts Payable and receivables. She also graduated from Katherine Gibbs School in the Advanced Secretarial Program and she is a graduate of Northeastern University with an Associates Degree in Business Administration.

Former Warehouse Manager
Paul was employed by KBC for over 28 years. "Quinny", began his career with our firm as a mason. In 2001 he was promoted to supervisor where he remained for over a decade. Late in 2014, Paul was promoted to Warehouse Manager, where he organized the firm's 5000 square foot warehouse space and helped implement warehouse policies and procedures. Unfortunately, Paul passed away on April 6, 2021. He will be missed by all who knew him.
